Working out and eating better is first and foremost great for a person's overall health, but it also leads to a better mood and improved looks (which comes as one of the benefits of having a lower body fat percentage), so it's rather expected that one would also feel more confident if they work out and eat healthily. What's also expected is that these benefits may help out in the dating area and that's exactly what Chloe Bingham experienced.

Losing Weight Helped Chloe Bingham to Regain Confidence and Enter the Dating World
Chloe Bingham is a 21-year-old girl from Texas that had big issues with the dating aspect of her life and she finds the reason to be in her weight which caused her to have lowered self-esteem. However, Chloe decided to do something about it and went on to lose 81 pounds in less than 2 years which was life-changing for her. She used a straight-forward process of hitting the gym on the regular and improving her diet.
This is what she had to say in regards to her situation: "I have been overweight my entire life, but really gained weight when I started college, gaining forty pounds in my first two years. So I decided to start losing weight in the fall of 2016. I was 19 years old, 219 pounds, while only standing 5'1, and I was sick of being morbidly obese". Chloe even made a certain promise to her mother.
Once Chloe Decided To Lose the Weight - She Never Looked Back
Regarding the point when she had enough, Chloe says: "I remember telling my mom, "Mom, I am going to lose 100 pounds," and I really have not looked back ever since. I began by counting calories, restricting to 1200 calories a day. I later added some gym time to my week while attending school. At this point, I was a junior in college and was in the middle of a very busy semester."
Losing weight requires dedication and consistency, and the results along the way help with it: "Focusing on my diet and nutrition gave me something to think about that did not have anything to do with my stressors at school, which I found to be therapeutic in a way. In about six months I had lost 40 pounds, finding weight loss to be much more simple than I had originally thought it would be."

Losing Weight Is Rather Simple - As Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum Would Know
The idea of losing weight may seem complex but it usually comes down to a few simple factors. As DeStorm Power, the famous Social Media personality had said it - "diet is simply the way you eat". In relation, Jonah Hill once explained how he came to the same conclusion when he received a funny advice from Channing Tatum. Hill had asked him: "if I eat less and go to a trainer, will I get in better shape?"
Tatum's reply to Jonah's question was: "Of course you will. It's the simplest thing in the entire world". Of course, there may be moments of weakness and hesitation, but as far as Chloe goes, she was lucky enough to have the support of her family which was especially needed around Holiday times: "Attempting to stick to my diet while surrounded by my favourite food was difficult, but my family was supportive of my weight loss."
